The Collaborative Law Center of Vermont is a distinct entity affiliated with the Law Offices of Bloomberg & O’Hara.  Our mission is to resolve divorce issues out of court in a collaborative manner that allows the parties to have greater control over the divorce process than the traditional litigation approach.  In a collaborative divorce case, together with their attorneys, the parties participate in a series of four-way negotiations to attempt to resolve the issues.  This approach seeks to avoid the often high costs, both economic and emotional, that frequently are involved in litigating the case.
